Human Touch / Interactive Health and Vitalityweb are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees associated with the import or export of products covered under this warranty program. Warranty is not valid for chairs shipped out of the United States and Canada. Refurbished/Factory Renewed chairs are shipped under the following code: "CODE SH: 9401.61.90.00 Chair, leather covering, completely refurbished in the United States". Since the chairs are completely Refurbished in the US, this MAY help to decrease or eliminate import taxes to Canada. Please note that extended warranties are now valid in CANADA.

In the rare instance that something goes wrong with a Human Touch or a Get-a-Way chair, an extended warranty will provide you with the piece of mind that your purchase will be covered by Human Touch after the standard warranty expires. An extended warranty will also provide you with access to Human Touch's extended service hotline, ensuring that repairs are performed using approved methods and materials by authorized personnel. Extended warranties are also available on Factory-Renewed/refurbished Human Touch products. All warranties are only for residential customers. Chair warranties below do not apply for commercial, industrial or other nonresidential use. For Non-Residential or Commercial use Human Touch offers a One Year Parts Only Warranty for New Chairs. Please note that Extended warranties are not available for orders outside of the USA and CANADA. | |||||||

Extended Warranties are only available for NEW Chair orders in the USA and CANADA.What is not covered: Warranties do not cover any loss or damage resulting from: improper installation; unauthorized repairs; alterations or modifications of original condition; improper use of electrical/power supply, loss of power; electrical disturbances and power surges; dropped product; a malfunction or damage resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; transportation damage; theft; abuse; misuse; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions); loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers. Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty.
WHAT IS REFURBISHED??
All Human Touch® products are built with the finest materials, incorporate industry-leading massage technology and are supported by expert customer support. Our Refurbished products are no different. Our professional refurbishment process begins with replacing all massage mechanism components. Then, we extensively test and evaluate the chairs to ensure they are as close to new as possible. Once the internal elements are taken care of, we move to the exterior. In addition to ensuring the upholstery is factory fresh, we try to replace any badly scratched parts with factory-fresh parts as well (but some minor blemishes are unavoidable on refurbished products). Sometimes a new chair will be marked a refurbished simply because of some minor cosmetic scratches that can not easily be repaired or replaced. As with all our chairs, our Refurbished products come with a Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for a wide range of seating and massage components. So you can rest assured you’ll enjoy the same comfort, wellness benefits and beauty of our new chairs for a price that will make you feel pretty good as well.

Our Factory Renewed products undergo extensive testing and evaluation to ensure
they are as close to new as possible. And, our Factory Renewed products actually
feature the same industry-leading warranty that covers our brand new chairs.
So you can be sure you’re protected against any defects in materials or workmanship
for a wide range of seating and massage components. The upholstery is factory
fresh and, when necessary, scratched parts have been replaced with factory-fresh
parts as well (but some minor blemishes are unavoidable). They even come in
the same brand new packaging as our new chairs. So really, the biggest difference
between our Factory Renewed products and our new products is the discounted
price.
